Using ALLMediaServer

To use ALLMediaServer, make sure that it is online (that is, DLNA server works):

Once on the list of discovered servers is visible "ALLMediaServer":

You can start adding files or folders by clicking on the Playlist:

Now added to the Playlist files you can watch on your TV or other device connected to the network (see below, and read more ...)

Using the receivers connected to the LAN.

We show how to use ALLMediaServer on example of a TV with DLNA/AllShare.
When you turn on TV, go to menu generally identified as MediaServers/ALLSharePlay and then check if ALL Media Server is on the list of media servers (see picture below).
After running ALL Media Server, you will be able to browse your computer files previously added to the playlist (such as photos, music or video files).
All of this with a remote control, without having to touch your computer.

Connection problem with TV/Chromecast.

1. Make sure that the TV or Chromecast and the computer are on the same Wifi/Lan network.
2. The ALLMediaServer.exe and MediaServer.exe files cannot be blocked by a firewall (an antivirus program such as Windows Defender or other) - the best it is to add these two files to the exceptions.
When properly connected, ALLMediaServer should detect the device and display it in the program:

In case of further connection problems it may be helpful to enable the streaming option.
In the Windows 10 Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Centre -> Media streaming options -> "Turn on media streaming".

Problem with file playback.

If TV/Chromecast does not support a given file type, right-click the file in the program and choose to convert it to another format:
